Very spacious and clean inside, with a wide range of hot and cold food and drinks! Very glad to be back at Pret! 50% off everything Monday-Wednesdays makes it very well priced and the 99p iced coffee is a perfect addition! Great place to have lunch with family and friends with plenty of seats inside. Tables are regularly sanitised by staff too, very impressed

Very busy place so seats not available at lunchtime on the ground floor. There is seating available on the first floor but quite a few steps and difficult for people with disabilities or parents with pushchairs etc. Service was ok, need a bigger area for sales and collection.

Got really downhill in the past week. I don’t know why, entrances closed, blinds closed upstairs at lunch time, low stock, fridges broken and general chaotic atmosphere. Would usually rate this place 5 stars, my go to lunch spot. Hopefully things back to normal soon

Nice calm place .. a lot of people but each one is busy with his coffee and his laptop or phone. Nice to sit there and enjoy your music. I like the mocha there 😊

Lovely staff, and typically great Pret menu, etc., BUT internet is terrible at best, nonexistent at worst. Sorry, but we utilize, or try to anyway, this location for business meetings, conference calls and work! And, YES, we ALWAYS purchase drinks, meals and snacks throughout our stays 😵‍💫😵‍💫

A manager of that brunch refused to put whipped cream on my gingerbread late because I ordered it with oat milk. After telling him that it is not allergy and the coffee is presented in the picture with whipped cream he said it’s not in ‘pret standards’ which is rather ridiculous.

The average time from order to getting a coffee on Saturday is in excess of 15 mins. I'm sure not everyone has this experience but is it ok for even one customer to have to wait this long? For context I have coffee subscription and visit a reasonable number of different prets and haven't experienced a delay like this before

Nice soups, and love the matcha latte with soya milk.
I regularly go to Pret.
