Absolutely shocking !!! Barely any filling in the baguette missing items from the order aswell… 2x footlong subs £20.73 bag charge on top and delivery charge!!! Never again will I use this service 😡😡

12/12/22 went to Dover subway at 7 and I was closed why say it’s open till 8 but close it before.

So I bought a subway from just eat and one of the things I bought was steak nachos so when it came I noticed instantly that infact its not steak nachos but instead it was just cheese nachos
When I ask for something I expect to receive that which I've asked for also id like to speak to one of the subway staff when I ring up but I didn't get either so I will not be ordering from there again

It was very hot in shop do not know how staff managed to work. The girl did open door to let sone air in as friendly staff

came in today to have a quick bite and was greeted by two members of staff heni and Maisie. They were lovely and very chatty it really made my day. They made me my sandwich super quick and I had excellent customer service. Well done girls you really made my day, thank you a smile goes such a long way

This has to be the worst Subway franchise ever! The staff are so uninterested and careless to the point of embarrassment and genuine shock. If I could have left 0 stars, I would have.

They don’t seem to care about wearing gloves, something I thought was mandatory throughout branches. They have friends come in to chat to them during shifts and ignore customers, leaving them standing there. I saw a member of staff come straight in from a cigarette break, not wash her hands or put gloves on. Just put on an apron and started making a sub!
