I wanted to like to this place but a number of things let it down. But let's start with the positives: 1. Staff were nice and polite, 2. Venue was clean and their was plenty of seating. 3. Good choice on the menu for fillings.
Negatives:
1. Only two types of bread, white or brown. The sizes can be a little confusing, they have 6,9 & 12' subs. The bread is really thick and literally makes the filling look menial.
2. I ordered the gourmet lobster, no way was it 'gourmet lobster'. It was crab sticks chopped up mixed with mayo.
3. They don't put sauces in the sandwiches so you have to do it yourself from the limited choice.
4. The sandwiches tasted bland, the cheese they put inside is very thin and minimal.

It was an experience and I won't be returning.

Awful food hygiene. I watched the previous customer order a meat sandwich. Unfortunately the server used the same gloves to pick up the pork, cheese and the sweetcorn. This is unacceptable and terrible food contamination. The next server then uses the same knife to cut up all the food. No gloves were changed upon review and food contamination has already taken place. Not ideal for me being vegetarian, or for halal customers. Will not be returning.

The food is very nice and the customer service is impressive aswell, considering you have a lot of option to put in your sandwich! You can get multiple types of food, which makes it fun to come here to dine in.

This is one of my favourite places if I want a proper toasted sub. In my opinion the bread taste way better than Subways. Much more crunchy on the outside side and fluffy on the inside. They have good selection of subs as well as other non sub meals and drinks. The ingredients they put into the sub seems to be much fresher than Subways as well.

Depending on who you get some of the staff are at this branch are nice, professional, friendly and do a good service. I have had the odd occasion where I am we servers by very lethargic staff but that's not too often.

It can get quite busy during lunch times if you want to eat in but other times it's ok. Nice vibe to the place.

Price wise, bit more pricey than Subway but I would say you pay for the quality of the food.

We visited today for the first time and thought it was delicious and great value for money! The staff were polite and very efficient and there was lots of available seating to choose from. I ordered a medium size sub but it was so big that I’ll order a small one next time!

Love the food and haven’t been in ages. Male staff member was good but female staff totally unfriendly and not helpful at all. Asked if I wanted meal and i said yes saw me carry drinks and crisps to table then when I went to pay charged extra for ‘wrong drinks’ (one of which had already been opened) could of easily corrected me but clearly to much effort.

Nice food, however wouldn't go if you have an allergy as there's a lot of cross contamination. Staff obviously don't want to be there as the customer service is pretty poor.

Delicious, warm, soft yet crusty tuna sub with plenty of filling. Bread was amazing. Quick service and staff friendly. Even had a cute little handwritten message on the wrapping paper wishing me a merry Christmas. Will definitely be back, thank you!
