Subway

Walked in with my boyfriend, I tried to order a sandwich, was told by a male member of staff that another female staff member will assist me (who was in the kitchen, not even behind the counter) and he started serving my boyfriend. After I asked why he started serving my boyfriend although I was placing order first I was told that I will be served by somebody else. I do not understand why I could not be served by a staff member. Very disappointing, seriously wrong and unbelievable experience to not be served due to being a women.

Everyone who works here was so kind. They all looked after my two girls and even gave them a few treats on the house. Very generous people. Highly recommend them!

Wholeheartedly struggles with the concept of toasting. Cheese is barely melted, bread might as well be straight off the rack. Not even openly asking them to toast it more works.

Sub was okay except they give you less meat than any other subway and cut the meatballs in front of you. On the subway website it says you get 4 per 6 inch and they give you 2 cut in half. They do this in front of you.

Happend 3rd time , closing time is 9pm but they refused to serve by 8:25 saying have issue with google lol

The people behind the till are very hard to understand. They confuse people into buying the bottle meal deal rather that the cup deal which is cheaper

Subway is my go-to place, but I would not recommend this shop in Egham. They try to minimise the cost of food.

For example, with steak and cheese, they shake the spoon for steak trying not to give us enough portion. Meanwhile, other branches try to put meat in a spoon with pressure to make sure they serve a good portion.

With vegies, they want to put as less as they want. With foot-long sandwich, I know they should give 6 tomato pieces, but the girl who was serving me refused to put more than 4 pieces, trying to disperse as much as she can, and saying there is no room. I had to ask several times to put 6 tomato pieces in total for a foot-long sandwich. (I know 6 pieces of tomato is the standard and we can add more with extra charge.)
There is another girl who served me the other day, put 6 or 7 lettuce pieces for a foot-long sandwich, like dusting salt to meat, which literally made me think they do not want to treat customers well.

I do like subway sandwiches, but this branch gave me very unpleasent services. If you are going to Subway for eating vegies, then try not to go to this branch. If you are okay without vegies, then order some sandwiches includes salamy or something that you can count so that they cannot mess with the portion.

Very good customer service by the team, specially to HEENA very helpful staff. Try avoiding to visit the store during the lunch hours, it takes you roughly about 30 min to get served.University students all over the high street.
