Worst subway I’ve ever had, been given half the wrong order and about half a tub of Mayo in my sandwich, had to Chuck it, never again!

One of the worst customer service. Not fully stocked up just one bread option available and few options for fillings and sauces. Cold food with smell infact not fresh at all. Really worse attitude staff doesn't know what they are selling. Dont bother to go there otherwise you will start hating subway. Not recommended...

Staff are very quiet can't hear them. The lady at the check out was very rude and very blunt. They were running round most of the time

Horrible customer service the women there was so rude to me when she asked what was in my sandwich when I thought that the staff would communicate and communicate is another horrible thing there I asked for a hearty Italian sandwich and didn’t even get that and they charged me extra within the meal deal prices overall a horrible experience and staff frankly do not care disappointed

Went to subway today, had to wait 10 minutes before I got served by the girl who saw me come but didn’t bother serving me. Need to train her customer service first.

Ordered as normal, though it’s worth noting that it took ages to be served in the first place, then when asked at the till if I’d like anything else, I was told to go to the back of the queue when I said that I did. What the hell is up with that? Staff need to be replaced or retrained asap.

We arrived at 10:30am to every single table still dirty from the day before, so dirty in-fact that we didn’t bother sitting
