Rude asain man working there rubbish customer service. Gave me frozen pouched egg in my mega melt had to throw it all away waste of my money and time. They need more training in customer service and serving food from frozen

The workers of this place are really rude unpacient and unpolite.
there weren't any other costumer waiting and the cashier just was rushing me to take the order
I don't really recommend go there the service was awful and I don't want to imagine if they follow all the quality safety measures and food handling
Don't even mask for cov-19.

I went to buy cookies and there was one female on staff. She was so rude and had the worst customer service. Instead of taking ny order she was texting on her phone at first. Then when I said which cookies I wanted, she bluntly said there was none left everytime I said that it was there because I was looking at it with my eyes and pointing at it. She didn’t apologise and was so rude. Ive had bad customer service at this branch before but she was the worst. Will not be returning here ever again. Staff need retraining asap.

I’m regular customer and I have been eating always and every time I go there always so hot and boiling.no air conditioner and not working all most 2 months now.they don’t care if I say about air con .totally pointless

Hygiene is questionable in this branch. The man that served me had a beard but didn't wear a hair net over it. Consequently, I found a hair in my footlong. It's put me off subway for life.

I quite like this branch of Subway. It's not too far from my workplace. Seems pretty well stocked, and the staff are always friendly. I can't really think of any negatives

Customer service needs improving, service was rubbish but food is good

I had a voucher for a £3.99 foot long and showed it to him before ordering, then when it came to paying after the sandwich had been made he said it wasn’t valid so I left. As I walked out he was swearing at me. Very bad.
