Subway Leisure Park

I had gone at 8.45pm on a Monday night, the lady was packing up as there weren't any diners in the restaurant but she made my order nicely, however I specified and packed it perfectly.

Absolutely no customer service, two people in the shop that can hardly speak any English and don't understand English either. The cucumber was going off as well as the lettuce. I asked to speak to a manger but they refused and told me thr cucumber was fresh since this morning. Are you telling me keeping cucumber under the glass uncovered is fresh especially when it's been there since this morning? Do not go here unless you want disrespectful customer service and food poisoning.

Ever since there was a new manager their machine hasn’t been working for I’m estimating about a year now? Fix it then. Instead of trying to money save

I wouldn't even rate it, such a disappointment, I ordered for pick up around 12:08 and was told to pick up at 12:24, I got there 12:20 not only to get to the store and be ignored there was 3 staff members who couldn't handle 3 other customers in front of me i ended up waiting 35 + mins to then find out they hadn't even made my food when i asked again they told me wait 5 mins to then be ignored again. It's a joke. I don't usually write reviews but had to be done. By the end I never got my order. No customer services at all!

A tasty 6 inches of 'Sub', a £2.49 voucher, a bottle of Oran' Juice Jones and a very tired though very informative and plucky customer service assistant dutifully notifying every new customer that came in to queue that she was running low on produce due to an unexpectedly busy day! Give her a pay rise! 👍

terrible customer service, waited almost 30 minutes while the store was not that busy for a soggy, cold disappointment while they prioritized uber eats.
Either down to lack of training or poor time management.

Awful service. The Polish girl serving me ( with pink hair) was more interested in talking to her boy friend than serving me. No hello, no thank you, no welcome, nothing! Would recommend the subway just down the road from this one, on the Crawley high street, which also has lower prices.
