Subway

The store quite obviously needs more staff! I ordered delivery as I have a spine condition which has flared up. I only live a 1-2 minute walk from the store. The food was over an hour late. Nachos were cold and soggy, with no jalapeños which I’d asked for. The salad box was missing seeds and had little chicken. The cookies were broken and crushed, and the muffin was squashed.
I’ve never had a subway before, but used it as it was open for lunch and I had a just eat voucher. I will never have a subway again.

Bad hygiene.
One of the ladies working today (01/09/2022) did not have her hair up. Not that this would typically bother me, but I later discovered a nice long black hair in my sandwich. Not to be a Karen, but yuck.

Food was ok however the delivery driver was so rude. I left instructions on the order with the access code to my building so all he had to do was type it in and come to my door. He then rang me 3 times (phone was on silent) saying he was out side the entrance to the building with the food, I opened the door and he was walking up the stairs to my flat and he said “I called you 3 times”which I apologised for not answering… he then said “next time I’ll just leave the food outside the entrance to the building” I have never had any problems with any other food deliveries from any other businesses I left easy instruction to get into my building just to be greeted by a rude man. Think you should consider some customer service training… very disappointed

Didn't have the bread choice for my Sub so ordered same as salad bowl instead. Didn't realise that a chicken and ham salad with teriyaki chicken would set me back £7.69! Queried the amount but still paid... Nice salad hence the 2 stars, customer service 1 star. Moral of story... Don't be rushed, order via App

Terrible experience would like to give zero marks.
Went to use vouchers to be told that the subway here is not participating l, even though this subway is clearly highlighted on subways website for those participating in the vouchers.
Terrible customer service to the point that they would not even get the manager, then lied too.
Needless to say we walked out!

Ordered a take out chicken and bacon salad. So there should already be bacon and chicken on it and I added extra bacon it got delivered there was 1 slice of bacon and hardly any chicken and hardly any cheese when i order extra cheese. Literally the worst subway in the world and that's saying something because the brighwater one is also bad but it's better.

It's very good sub i never try yet with Southwest and sweet onion sause it's really delicious. And the guy very excellent.
