Subway

It's spacious and has lot of sitting area , the shop seemed clean to me ... I had mix experience when it comes to customer service while one of the lady was very humble and polite on other visit the other lady was rude in taking order ... this one accepts the subway coupons under their recent offer ...

Been here three times. The staff are terrible. The first time I went to this subway, the lady on the til just ignored me and carried on the conversation she was having on her mobile. On the latest occasion I stood at the counter waiting to place my order and the two staff just carried on with what they were doing whilst chatting away to each other. No acknowledgement or "I won't be a second". I ended up leaving and using the one round the corner. It's so stupid because the store was empty except us. It's the worst subway I have ever been in. Of the three occasions I have attempted to buy food here, I was successful once. The food is good as expected from subway. The customer service is terrible.

DO NOT GO HERE! Such poor customer service. We ordered food online and our 3 cookies we ordered were missing! The driver most likely ate them. The receipt was also suspiciously ripped. We called the store and they suggested we go out of OUR way and drive to their store instead of just sending us our missing food. 20 minutes later we called the store up again asking about our food and they refused to send us our cookies because there was nobody available. After driving to the store ourselves we got an extra 5 stone hard cookies from the man working.

A day later I discovered that we were also given REAL CHEESE when we ordered vegan cheese. I am so furious.

Totally unhygienic, avoid at all costs. The woman serving me touched all of the cupboards then used the same gloved hands to put salad in my sub. She then proceeded to blow into the plastic bag to “open it”. I threw the food away.

Awful. The staff are struggling to make up orders with only two people in queue.

The wedges that are crispy on the menu come out sweaty and microwaved even after asking them to be re-cooked. We couldn't eat any.

They had run out of certain drinks, no cutlery for a meatball bowl, I used a paper straw as a skewer.

One short lady is so rude and shouts at the younger guy.

The sandwich was ok but the whole experience was horrendous.

Ordered 3 foot longs deals via just eat. Spent over £37. All 3 were in the wrong bread. 2 should've been toasted. They weren't. Missing meatballs. All 3 cold and squashed, probably packing 3 bottles of drink on the top of them didn't help, even the crisps were wrong. Absolutely no care given, but then, why should there be, nobody was standing watching them??? Disgracefull.

Absolutely zero regard for dietary requirements. These items are NOT VEGAN. Please engage your brain, people have serious and life threatening allergies, religious dietary requirements and life choice dietary requirements, all of which should be honoured.

There is an Asian man there with glasses, who continuously impresses me with his attention to detail and his friendliness. The subway is clean and has a comfortable seating area and the sandwiches are amazing. Would recommend, great service.
