I like to give establishments the benefit of the doubt when it comes to bad service. Things happen, we all know this but in this instance, the service itself and moreso the establishment's reaction to the poor service is unacceptable. I ordered a tuna sandwich and my food was delivered 2 hours after the order was confirmed. This subway is about a 10-15 minute drive away and the order was 2 hours late. When requesting a refund (before the order arrived) they said they will not post me a refund. That's absolutely tacky. The excuse was traffic, and even if that were the case (highly doubt it, you're not late by 2 hours when you live 10-15 minutes away. Complete bs), that in no way is the customer's issue. At the very least a partial refund or something to appease your customers. Hopefully people take this into consideration before buying from this Subway. The service here is at the very least, shady.

Terrible experience, ordered food at 11:45, waited until 15:00 and ended up having to drive there myself to collect. Phone wasn't answered despite repeated calls and during the time I was there waiting the phone was constantly ringing and being ignored. Seating was empty bar one person. When we did get food, wedges were soggy from sitting in the bag for a while and food was warm at best. No refund given, not even for delivery expense after collecting it myself. Will not be getting any business from myself in the future.

Ordered at 11:31am, was told delivery expected at 12:55, order arrived at 14:05. Didn’t answer the phone. Had to chase via the just eat app. When it finally arrived the driver practically threw the order at my door. The food was stone cold, we had missing items and you could just tell there was general lack of care put into the order. Not what you would expect from a chain like subway. I should’ve read the just eat reviews before ordering!

Don’t even know how to make a hot chocolate🤦🏽‍♀️! Staff member asked the other “how do you make a hot chocolate” so clearly not trained to make food/drink before they start working. The drink given to us was just a cup of bubbly milk and powder lump at bottom. Requested gluten free sandwich and staff member didn’t know what did/ didn’t contain gluten so was asking customer! Dangerous for people with allergies/ intolerances. Don’t usually leave reviews but this needs to be addressed.

Won't be getting subway again anytime soon. Delivery fee was ridiculous, took over 1.5 hours to deliver, food was stone cold. Waste of money and time. Stay away.

Staff seemed more interested in online orders than serving those in store. On the flip side if I order from home then delivery is quick. Food good as always. Scrap that read on....
Ordered for home delivery today....... Still waiting over 2 hours later..... Apparently only 1 driver working!?! Use local independent sandwich shops if you want better service

Had a problem with my order. The sandwiches weren't toasted as requested, and just tasted horrible. I expect a steak and melted cheese sub to be warm 🙄 Manager couldn't be bothered speaking to me, staff don't know what customer service is. Wasted food, waste of money, avoid!!

Young lady serving me went out of her way to help.
Here customer care and selling skills were excellent.
Take my grandchildren there for lunch when I visit
