Subway

Although I had difficulty with my uber driver leaving my order at another house, I called the store to explain the situation that I haven't received it and that he run off with my order and when I the uber driver he didn't understand what I was saying. But the went back to store and paid for my meal as he'd left it at another house. The guy who works at Subway was super helpful on the phone and even tried to help the guy on his phone search for my order.and put my order through again. When my driverarrived again with my package he Google translated that he was sorry and explained the situation. These things happen :)

The first thing you notice is how clean the premises were. That's always a good start. The staff were polite and friendly and the food what you would expect from a subway store. I love them especially the steak and cheese. There are veggie options!

I previously loved this subway and always found the food to be of good quality.
HOWEVER, this morning i placed a JustEat order set to be collected by my boyfriend after work at 1:35pm. He came in, and was accused of stealing the order, after saying that it was his and his name matched that on the ticket the woman behind the counter supposedly said that "she knew it wasn't his" how shocking!! To accuse someone of lying and stealing for no reason?? Disgusting behaviour from staff, i will no longer be using this branch in person or online!

I opted for a salad. Obviously subway you pick what you want. They were not stingy on the portions and i throughly enjoyed it. One girl seemed to be training the other and although it was getting busy she was super happy and friendly. Lovely service. Was clean inside and the added bonus of air con in this heat

Missing drinks, wrong items and messed up sandwiches. What an absolute shambles of place. Would definitely warn against ordering from here.

Half star. The worst service I ever used!! Very, very dissapointed! The sandwiches are very poor and the delivery is late as hell or they never arrive at destination. I didn't received my order that I'm was awaiting for about 1 hour and 30 minutes! I won't worder again!

on google it said that they close at 20:00, well for the last few times i went there at about 19:00 and the door was locked, that's not even worse there were 3 employee's on the counter so i knocked and waved at them on the door, but none of then acknowledged or looked at me, Completely ignored me felt really bad and offended. And this is not the first time as I said, it has happened 2 times now. If they lock the doors at 19:00 for cleaning or whatever then advertising closed at 20:00 is not right.

Staff were polite and had a good system in place (manned stations rather than 1 person per customer) but toasting multiple subs could help speed things up a bit. Generous with fillings compared to some other Subways.
Only reason I dropped a star is the first server touched a lot of surfaces/items after handling meat - this could be an issue with vegetarian/vegan customers.
