I turned up one Friday afternoon after I had spent all week thinking of meatballs. I arrived in the shop to make my order, they were two guys in the back one was wet face, hair and hands. I did not think much of it so I began to make my order. I then saw the guy who was wet lift his leg up and started washing it in the sink that is used for washing utensils and possibly foods such as salads. I could not believe what I was seeing. the man left his home just to come and wash his feet in the sink is used for our food. I will never eat subway again in my life. now I understand why the subs taste so great they have a secret ingredient we all dnt know about however I have discovered it. (disgusting).

Disappointment. Came from kettering because on here says it's open till 11pm, no other one is open gone 10 near ketterint apart from here, so came to get my sub and they shut at 9pm. Not impressed!

Been several times in last couple of months. I work for the NHS, but each time I ask for discount, I'm told that they can't give it because the manager can't be bothered to program the till to give it. If that's the case I can't be bothered to go there any longer.

Ordered through just eat. Order arrived quickly but was missing items, rang the restaurant and they basically couldn't care less. Offered no solution, no second driver could be despatched with the missing items. They just kept blaming just eat and when I contacted just eat and they offered a refund which will take up to 5 days! Ridiculous.... If I could give zero stars I would!

Not sure if there’s a new manager but I just complained to a lovely lady on the other side of the phone and she was so polite and friendly and very helpful. I told her my previous orders had been cold and missing items and it had happened at least 2-3 times prior. So she ran through my order with me. My order was delivered quickly, hot, and yummy! An extra drink and yo-yo was given due to the issues we had prior. I really appreciate that. Sorry I forgot your name. But excellent customer service. Thank you so much, you made me and my daughters very very happy!❤️

1 star and you can thank me for it. If you have a queue outside of 4 people who have to wait half an hour to be served you need to rethink your order prioritisation. If you want service you have to order online otherwise you will not get served within your lunch break, let alone have the chance to eat anything.

I've been trying to make a call for two hours and nothing, I placed the order and I haven't received it so far, and just-eat has marked it as delivered.I lost 23 pounds and I'm still hungry because you can't be contacted.I definitely do not recommend this facility in Corby!
