Subway

Hi folks it's one of the best subways I've been to, example the one in clydebank shopping centre don't always put the covers back over the food and I understand that that place needs more workers or the ones who are there do the job properly but, I think that the Dumbarton one is more welcoming, people friendly and very high hygiene standards which is great and should be applauded for their level of service and care for your needs which these people have and are also very respectful to the customer. Well that's about all I can say except for the fact that their is disabled parking and able bodied parking too.
That's the lot for now folks, visit and enjoy as you can also sit in and eat.

Used to love spending time here with my Dad. Friendly staff, lovely owners, predictable Subway's food, and infinite refills - winning.

Unlike many subways (especially smaller ones) this one has a toilet - although the key is often kept behind the till and you may need to ask for it.

Absolutely terrible system in place for ordering and collecting food! Will never be using again. Once order was finally placed it was about 40 minutes before it was ready and to add insult we received our 3 sandwiches asked if cookies were in bag too the guy says yes everything is in the bag but no was ony the sandwiches. After receiving them and finally getting to eat our food it was stone cold extremely dissapointed with the food and service.

The bread was fresh and so were the salad. Excellent friendly staff which made my stop here worthwhile.

A couple of days ago I visited subway, as I was driving home I bit into my sandwich and found not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 ginger hairs in my sub!!!!!! As I got home I realised there was mould on my melted cheese so obviously I was sick🤮along with this the customer service was very poor. I have tried contacting the manager, however, no response!!!!!! DISGUSTING will never be back to subway

I had an issue with an online order, paid online and was given a time to collect. When I arrived my order was not ready and the staff struggled to find my order on the system.

My sub was not made the way I had asked, they seem to have a training issue or prepare food differently from other Subway's.

I contacted the owner who was very responsive and explained the situation. On my next visit to the store I met the owner who was pleasant and rectified the previous issue.

The store has a nice atmosphere and appears to be extremely clean.

Stopped in for a footlong. I ordered and when it got to the salad bar I was asked what I wanted on it ... I replied, lettuce, peppers, jalapenos, southwest sauce and ranch.

No ranch.. But what's worse than that was the girl who served me reached into the peppers and picked out three individual slithers of pepper and placed them length ways out on my footlong...

So long story short very disappointed with the portion of peppers that I got... no need to be that stingy especially when your paying around £8 for a footlong.
