Absolutely thrilled with the service, quality and volume of logs I recently received from dragon mill. Customer service was friendly first rate and professional. Delivery was punctual, spot on and with no messing about. I contacted them as my regular guy let me down and I am so glad I did. Upon arrival I was OVERWHELMED by the quality and VOLUME of logs I received. When you ask for a 1m3 of logs that's exactly what you get. If not more. I've been buying logs from various suppliers for 15 years and nothing I have received in this time compares. I rarely leave feedback but i felt compelled to do so on this occasion. Good wood. Delivered promptly, friendly family service.

Used this company a few times now for our log burner. The quality of the sustainable hardwood has been consistently excellent. Communication is very efficient via their website. They are quick to respond and keep you up to date with delivery information. We were running out of logs over Christmas. Richard and Emily kindly made a prompt delivery over a weekend so we didn't run out which was very much appreciated.
