I came in on 10/Sept/2022 in the morning to ask a few questions before buying a Pure Air gen 2.

The guys that served me were efficient, informative and polite.
They quickly and clearly answered my questions, which calmed any nerves I had about the purchase.

I bought it and they offered to build it right there and then. They gave me an estimate of roughly 10 minutes, I accepted the offer and went off to a cafe in the meantime.

The only issue was that they had it built in less time than it took me to go to Costa 2 minutes away, eat/drink what I bought and come back.

The Scooter itself is as described in various reviews, a good bit of kit.

We were just wondering London and also exploring the option of buying electric bikes. So we popped into this welcoming little shop in Spittlefields and met Justin. He was tremendously helpful, educating us about various brands and options. We’re from out of town and aren’t ready to buy just yet but I’d highly recommend this place for anyone who is. It was a great experience. They are passionate and really knowledgeable. Thanks, Justin!

After having an issue with a small part on my Scooter I contacted Pure via the online method. Useless. Was told to be send entire scooter to workshop through post at a £20 charge to me. I explained I can repair it myself if supply the bolt. I sent photos of the issues. Three people and a week later still nothing. I called the Spittalfield shop (I’m in Glasgow) and they sent the part out there day recorded delivery. So bad experience at first but awesome once I actually spoke to someone. Tip - Just call them. The old way is the best but the new gen scooters are the best. Ironic.

What can I say had the Pure LR scooter since May and tomorrow I will have to go down to store again to get the inner tube replaced for the third time in 6 weeks.
What makes it worse that the store in Holborn has closed down so have to travel further to get there and I am fortunate I had the care package but yet they still charge you £10 every time you replace the inner tube.
On the first occasion my rear tyre went I had the inner tube replaced used it twice then noticed it had a slow puncture so could not get back into store until the following week when I took it back in they charged me again and when I asked what was the problem and why it went down so quickly they told me there was glass on the inner tube how is was inside the tyre and not on the tyre itself but they could not answer that.
I have lost all faith in Pure this is my second scooter with them and the service and quality has dropped considerably and once it is fixed for the third time I will look to move to another company.

I had Ben and Justin serving me, they knew everything about the scooter, the law. Super helpful, nice environment to be in.
Also, definitely worth mentioning, not pushy at all. They told us what we needed to know and answered all the questions then gave us time to think about it instead of hanging over us and pushing us into the sale. Was very much appreciated.

They then charged it all up for us for us to collect an hour later.

Couldn’t have gone any better! Thank you both!

Bought a scooter that could take me 18 miles (to and from work takes up a total of 12.8 so it could easily do that). Because the cold weather however, the battery just can't seem to handle even 10 miles and died halfway while I was on my way home.

Buyers beware, when you get these scooter during the cold weather of the holidays, make sure you calculate the range you might need and make sure you don't end up stuck like me thinking you could get home on 18 miles and it dying on just 10-11. Very very disappointing

I bought a e-scooter from Pure Electrics for 1 week and only ride it for 3 days. I followed they instruction to check the tyre and pumped it at the first day. Then I fell and sprained my wrist because the tyre already became flat after 2 days. I am very sure the tyre already have problem when I received it base on it. And then I also found the battery can’t support to ride as far as the product description. So I returned it to them and required the tyre and battery repair service. But they request me to pay for the repair service and insist the battery is fine. I cannot accept it so I request to refund instead, but they only provide 75% refund to me.
You actually can see lots of complaints in their Facebook page, good luck to whom still want to buy anything from them.

Trying to charge me £60+ for a repair…
Trying to charge me £60+ for a repair under warranty because an internal wire looks damaged and implying I have mishandled the scooter. As some one who has followed their instructions exactly on caring for the scooter and having obviously not opened the scooter up for any reason I feel like I am being charged for a repair of a substandard product. Go with a different scooter company. Pure's T&C's will make you pay even within warranty when you have cared for the product as instructed
