Aladdin's Cave

The person negotiating was very rushing and pay me £10 less than it should. I went to Aladin Cave to talk to the owner who did nothing. They put to sell for £29 each two Ikea armchair that they was suppose to pay me £5 each (which they didn't) saying they I had many of them (which they didn't). Very unfair business. Very poor relation with customers

Cheap furniture and friendly staff but they don't give you your money back if a peice of furniture doesn't fit and they don't warn you of this before you pay!

Got a great bargain ty would have been 5stars if item had been in full working condition like I was told it was but was really cheap to fix and saved me over 120quidxx

Very rude and irresponsible service.

I bought a desk from this shop with a delivery service to third floor. The delivery man left it on the ground floor without notice, and then I had to carry it to the third floor myself because the lift didn't work. I tried my best to do it, but it was too big for me to do.

I called the shop asking for help. The boss was very rude, saying the delivery man was off duty (12:50 pm), and I tried to negotiate with the boss asking if he could give me a hand after closing the shop later today (only a two-minute walk), but he refused, and then I asked if anyone could help me the next day and still refused.

The boss became cheeky, saying he does not have my flat number, so it has been left on the ground floor. However, I am 100% sure I gave him my flat number yesterday, as he 100% asked for it.

I have asked if I can return it to his shop, as it is only two minutes (easier than moving to the third floor), he said yes but no refund, only credit.

In the end, he was rude to hang up the call.

If you need to buy second-hand furniture, I recommend buying from Sofa as their staff are very friendly.

Great furniture and good electronic items but why they not move next door as well to give people more choices shop not used nextdoor.
