Regular visitor to the shop and the staff are welcoming. I have made several purchases and If I had any questions which the staff didn't no the answer directly they would happily find out. Offered what I considered a fare price for items sold.

I regularly go to this store and the Pompey one. Our Parkies are a great bunch, always greeted with a cheeky smile and accompanying bants. Kev runs a tight ship with his right hand woman, Sue on Sails (get it?), yarrr! Dave is always happy and helpful and Paige, call me some time? ;)

Overall a fantastic experience buying a second hand watch from these guys on line. My payment was delayed for a week (my error) but they couldn't be more helpful and posted out to me next day, 1st class service Thank you !

A great 2nd hand shop with a variety of different stock, jewellery and watches. Good prices offered on items that are for sale. Clean and tidy store, with friendly staff. Different services offered in store from selling and buying, to pawnbroking and buyback.

A*** Fantastic Experience All Round.

I came across an item on eBay which was being sold by this branch of Cash Converters. I made contact with them to ask them some questions and they couldn't have been more helpful. When they didn't know something, they were honest and told me so. After a brief conversation, I went ahead and made a purchase whilst feeling secure in doing so.

The item I purchased was almost 40 years old and the staff told me that if I had any issue, they would find a resolution to suit everyone.

Delivery was quick and the item was exactly as displayed. Whilst I did run into a couple of issues with my purchase, (this relates to the mechanical workings of the item), Dave and Paul were able to reach a sensible and fair resolution with me which I was very pleased with.

Due to this experience, I am going to add this store to my ebay followed sellers because the customer service was second to none.

I hope to do business with you again in the future.

We've been shopping in this particular store for years as it's the only place we will buy used electrical items from knowing they will be safe.
Everything we've bought has been perfect, we've had consoles, games, phones, jewellery and numerous laptops over the years.
The staff are always professional and helpful, they price items very well in the store.
