Can’t rate Andy and his team highly enough. I had 3 premises I wanted securing and after going out to tender I shortlisted Advanced Fire & Security Solutions, then discussed my requirements directly with Andy. He was personable, courteous and obviously very knowledgable, and his spec and quote for the works were both comprehensive and competitive. The purchase, install, testing and training on the new systems all went to plan and on time...I honestly cannot fault the whole process from start to finish.
I’ve recommended Andy to many of my business contacts who have similar requirements, and won’t hesitate to use him again in the future.

Rang to inquire if someone could come and look at a fault on our alarm system. The engineer arrived early next morning, quickly found the fault and got the system working again. We had been trying for two weeks to get the guy who installed it to come and fix the system. Brilliant company, prompt to respond, very professional and reasonable call out charge. Having just moved into a new home I was looking for a security system. A representative called, talked through my needs and came up with a system that suits me perfectly. I now have CCTV giving me surveillance around the outside of my home and alarms on the doors and windows. All can be accessed and controlled through my mobile phone. Engineers were professional and neat and tidy. I would recommend their service to anyone.

I always contact Andy when there's a problem with my gates or intercom, he comes when he says he will, he fixes it without any prevarication and the charge is always a pleasant surprise compared to other companies I've used in the past. In short, I cannot recommend this business highly enough!

I was after CCTV and a home alarm system. Andy came over for a quote, he had a look around and asked what my requirements are. Andy went away and sent me a itemized quotation. I shopped around and got a cheaper quote but I did not get that vibe and made me realize how professional advanced fire and security really are.
