Unbelievable response to a home alarm fault! Could not possibly recommend highly enough -

We called another Lincoln based security company with regards to our alarm beeping constantly. Two engineers came out a week later and informed us we needed a new alarm system, our current one couldn’t be repaired. We then waited another 6 days for the office to call us with regards to someone contacting us to arrange a new alarm. After nobody called and as we were going away, I chased the office to be told it would be another week before somebody could come out. As we’d be going away two days after the apt offered I said I’d have to call somebody else.

The best decision I’ve ever made. I called Secure homes and after speaking to a lady first, she promised she’d get an engineer to call me soonest. Mark called back within the hour and after telling him what had happened and reading out the report sheet from the other company, he asked if he could take a look first before fitting a new system. He didn’t have to do this, he could have just quoted for a new alarm. He came out the next day and said our system could be repaired, it was the outside box that was the problem, not the box in the attic which meant, even if we’d had that part replaced as first told, we’d have still had the problem.

Our alarm was repaired and working in time for our short break away. Much less expensive than a new alarm. I can’t recommend Secure Homes (UK) Ltd. enough.

Rang Mark at Secure Homes who responded well to my faulty alarm system. Arrived promptly and after testing the system replaced my outside sound alarm box. After fitting he tested the system again curing the problem. Mark worked in a professional and efficient manner and the fix was good value and I would not hesitate to contact him again.

I called Secure Homes due to a fault with my home alarm system. Mark visited us the next day, was friendly and professional - and quickly diagnosed / fixed the fault. I'd certainly use the service again in the future.
