Graham did a wonderful job at my house today. He’s very patient, informative and nothing is of any trouble to clarify any queries on site or via email. He answered many of our queries to put us at ease as well as providing hands on training on using our new alarm system.

My alarm needed a new battery and as we hadn’t got a service plan in place I chose Advanced Alarms as it’s close by and reviews were good.

Graham was brilliant. He confirmed what we needed for a rental property over the phone and was extremely patient while waiting for the agent to confirm a date with the tenant. Developed a problem a few years after installation where alarm started ringing off for no reason - called them and within half an hour they were out to us fixing the issue. Great customer service.

What I like compared to other companies I approached was that he answered straight away and was straightforward with the quote and booking process. He was punctual and I was able to leave him carrying out his install while I was working. The house was left in a clean condition and finally the alarm is simple and straightforward to use

Routed the floor for wires and caused it to weaken. As you can see there was no need to route where they did as they eventually used a different route for the wires. The floor weakened and started to move. I had to replace it this weekend! Cowboys. Keep away.

front honest and very very helpful in all matters of security he taught me a few things previous engineers havent.
