Wilson Alarm Systems were recommended to me. They were prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. So far, so good. Very happy. The representative knew exactly what we needed. The engineer was efficient and cleared away after he had done what he needed to do - he was also very patient showing me how to use the system properly. Thank you.

Well, I had a system installed 6 years ago in our house which worked reasonably well and at the time The salesman and engineers were very helpful. The problem is now 6 years on and I require some program changes to our system that because i did not take out a service contract with them stated that they are not taking on any non contract work due to staff issues. Its so dissapointing after spending over £800 with them for the system they no longer will support it. Be aware of this if you are about to buy a system off contract. I shall have to go elsewhere for my support and sales recommendations.

Excellent experience from enquiry to installation. Requirements for CCTV and alarm listened to and priced accordingly. Installation was arranged and works were completed on the dates agreed within time frame.

Fitters (Christoph & Jordan) we well presented, courteous and completed the works in a clean and tidy manor. we were given a full demonstration of the CCTV and alarm functions and made sure we were fully happy with everything before leaving.

Would recommend for friends and family for any alarm or CCTV works.

Wilson Alarms Systems Ltd give an excellent service and represent great value for money. All of their engineers / staff are very knowledgeable - I chose them about 10 years ago for a commercial contract and I am more than happy with them still.

Wilson installed a monitored alarm system for me and I'm very happy with the service. The price was reasonable, installation was done, albeit with some delay. Every year, I get a friendly engineer to come and service the system, which has been faultless. Highly recommended.

I had an old system replaced by Wilson Alarm Systems a week ago. The engineer turned up on time was very polite, knowledgeable and was very through. He explained everything and nothing was too much trouble and he tidied up and took the old alarm system away

They recently replaced an old intruder alarm with a new one. Everything was completed within the time scale from placement of order. Installer was very efficient, a tidy worker and polite.
