Re the intended lock replacement, I shall wait until the job is completed before reviewing further.

Terrible, they called 30 minutes before slot. I said I was 10 minutes away he did not want to wait. He said he d be there at 15.00 the end of my slot (meaning by the time is done it would be much later). I said it was unprofessional, saying I ll call the office, arrogantly he replied, call whoever you want. Not paying 500 to get they bad service

Appreciating Gavin Harvey who not only replaced a front door lock but also offered to go back to HQ to source 2 further locks & then return to fit these. Job done & job well done. Thanks

Excellent instal by engineer Gavin Harvey. Friendly and reassuring installed our new locks surprisingly quickly. Not only do we now feel a lot safer but they look great and Gavin did a brilliant clean up job too!

Matt & Spencer came to fit a new Banham door, frame and locks and they were absolutely fantastic. They took the old door off and fitted everything all in one morning! On Saturday, 7th January 2023 I checked the internet that the Kensington retail shop was open (yes) then rang from France just after 9am. The ansaphone message declared that the opening hours were Monday to Friday but the Google banner on the right of the computer screen stated the shop was open. It turned out that there was a train strike but a) the message had not been changed to reflect this, and b) this did not explain why the ansaphone message did not give the Saturday opening times.
