I shopped around (a lot) and after speaking with them I found that they were very knowledgeable, professional and good value for money.

The installation team (Olly and Niall) are great guys; very professional, tidy and were able to patiently explain everything in detail and clear English.

They don t give you manuals and lock you into an expensive yearly maintenance contract.

The maintenance contract involves walking around your house and waving their arms around.

Even if you want to add call out numbers to your alarm system you have to call them ...

We had Charlie from Cobra round yesterday to fit a wireless alarm and a smart doorbell. It's too early yet to review the products, but Cobra gave us a competitive quote and the fitting service was pretty much perfect. Charlie was with us most of the day; he was efficient, friendly and tidy and the final installation is a very neat job. He got everything online, and took time to go through all the functionality with us including the relevant phone apps. I cannot fault the service we received yesterday. Thanks Charlie!

Great company. Good staff, neat & tidy on the job. I had Installed the Agility 3 system. Cobra logo looks a menacing deterrent on it's own!

Service comes part & parcel with year 1 and then optional year 2 onward. Not sure about the review below.

Aftercare yet to be tested but they've been going for 30 odd years so must be doing many things right.

This is standard practice within the industry.
Your alarm would have been configured by a professional engineer to meet the strict EN standards. This allows the system to be connected to an alarm receiving centre and in turn, key holders and the police.
This is why you cannot have police response with any DIY systems

Brilliant local company that I can't recommend enough! Whenever we call them about issues their response is super-fast and whoever comes out is polite, friendly and helpful. Same whenever I pop in the shop. Very rare to find such levels of service these days, cheers!

I wouldn't bother with this firm. I called to get a quote for a service on my home alarm. I spoke to the owner, he asked if I knew the engineer code to the alarm, to which I replied "yes of course, it's my alarm". he replied back with sorry we can't help then. This is a typical company who installs the alarm and keeps the engineer code to tie you up to their terms. Avoid at all costs
