Our alarm was fitted by Vault 10 years ago & have it maintained & checked every year. We've never been less than 100% pleased with the service. In particular, Phil is helpful, efficient & always a pleasure to see.

Phil from Vault installed our alarm system in 2009 and has serviced it annually since, with any call outs dealt promptly and efficiently. The company are polite, friendly, efficient, very professional, and more importantly 100% trustworthy. I would not hesitate in having future installations with this company and cant recommend them highly enough. Its a small cost to protect both you and your possessions.

Vault installed our monitored alarm 11 years ago. The installation was quick and efficient. Annual maintenance has been carried out by their engineer Phil who is very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. The monitored alarm has functioned perfectly over the years. Great job and I fully recommend them.

TOM did an excellent job of installing us a maglocking system to the salon. He did a very neat job and tidied up after himself, keeping the salon ready for opening the following day. Vault always keep the alarm etc in good working order and are always available if we ever need them.

Would highly recommend Vault. Pre-installation, Peter was really helpful in explaining the pros and cons of different options and what the installation would entail. On the day, Will was professional - friendly and polite and just got on with the job but when there were decisions to make because of complications, he clearly explained the options so we could decide what we wanted him to do. Will was also very tidy. On the first evening, we had a problem setting the alarm but Peter responded to an email that night and Will quickly helped us resolve this the next day . We would not hesitate to recommend.

Had my alarm system serviced and the overall service received was excellent. From the first phone call up until the service itself Phil was extremely professional and was very efficient in completing the job. Very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure the system was working perfect before he left. Would recommend phil for any alarm system work.
