Gorgeous barn conversion, finished to a very high standard. Perfect for large groups to get away for the weekend. Beautiful setting in the Peak District - ideal for lots of long walks and pub lunches. Already planning the next visit!

What a wonderful stay ay Holly Bush Farm. The house is finished to the highest standard and perfect for companies. There is enough privacy with en suite bathrooms and a superb kitchen/dining area.
The location is stunning in the beautiful Peak District amongst the rolling hills.
Will definitely return!

This place is fantastic, and what a great way to spend your week! The facilities are very freshly renovated with exceptionally comfortable beds, clean, quiet and a great blend of tradition with modernisation. The surroundings consist of nothing but nature and fresh peak air, excellent for hikers and walkers. All rooms are well heated, ventilated and furnished - perfect for corporate events. The main Barn is spacious, Farmhouse is cozy and Annex - has a pool table for relaxation.

We hired the whole place for a family gathering. It suited our needs perfectly all three properties are finished to a very high standard and bedrooms all have ensuites so that meant no one was given a substandard room. Everyone was more than happy 🙂 . The Kitchens in both the Barn and Farmhouse are very well set out and equipped, my sister was in heaven on seeing how neatly placed every utensil you could want was to hand ( not that she's OCD or anything !!) The Barn provided the perfect hub for everyone to gather and enjoy each other's company whilst eating.
Excellent place in an excellent location to walk and explore.

Recent stay for residential training course. Fantastic property and very clean. Minor downside that the room I stayed in, room 1 in the farmhouse, had an unpleasant smell in the en-suite which was likely due to damp and the mattresses were too big for the bases making for a slightly uncomfortable sleep. I will be recommending this property if anyone asks.

We stayed here in June 2018 with the whole of our family. Our Auntie was diagnosed with Cancer, so we wanted to make memories and a weekend of it. We couldn’t fault the place - the space and amenities were amazing! However.. the flies!! If you can imagine a swarm of them everywhere in every room - it was worse!! There’s a farm nearby. So I’m sure this was the reason why! We were advised not to have windows open.. however the place was too hot and there was no air con or fans provided. We went and bought fly repellant, catches, sticky strips, and fumigated the whole house.. closed windows and made everyone stay outside for a few hours... then swept up all the dead flies (they were everywhere!!)... kept windows closed... cooked dinner and the alarm kept going off (probably with the heat and steam), so we had to open the windows! And we were back to square one! It really ruined the weekend for us so I’d recommend going in winter!

We were at Holly Bush Farm for a close friend's special birthday. Lovely, high quality accommodation that was perfect for a 30 person get together. The small car park was a bit of a rubik's cube, not helped by snow and frost but overall a lovely venue

No phone signal, so if you don't use WiFi for calls you are snookered! One vaccum-cleaner for three properties, not really adequate.
A bit close to the main road, although you do not hear any traffic noise in the living-room, just noisey in the bedrooms.
Otherwise a nice property and did the job for a large family 🎄trip
