Very no frills but clean and quiet. Location is perfect too. Worth noting that the check-in process is a little confusing but easily solved with a quick phone call.

Room was well prepared, easy to find and a good night's sleep was had. Just a shame there was no tea or coffee!

Small but lovely place in London. Definitly recommend this for the price quality balance.

Booked last minute and was not an issue. Room was big enough as was the bathroom. No check in was brilliant. Can be hard to find.... go to door number 55 and use the access code they email you.

Small and simple for a low price
Our room was really small as was the bathroom. If you stay for a week like we did a cupboard would have been nice. The room was clean, but badly soundproofed so if you have light sleep take some ear plugs with you.

It is a clean, nicely decorated space in a very convenient location (close to the Underground station of Ravenscourt Park). It seemed a quiet and safe area with plenty of shops close by. It was also nice and useful to have a kitchen in the room. Maybe a little more flexibility with the check-in and check-out times would have been nice, since they were pretty unconvenient for tourists.

If you are looking a place to sleep avoid this place. The fire alarm is making a constant noise every 5 seconds and no hot water at the shower.

We had room no 4 and it’s not on the main road which is good!They had towels, hairdryer, iron and iron board, and all the kitchen utensils you need for cooking and breakfast plates/cups. The toilet is tiny but the room was a medium sized without cupboard but with a chest of drawers.

If you are a light sleeper then I’d suggest to wear ear plugs!!! You can hear people right next door opening and shutting the door rooms which can be very loud!
