A wonderful location especially for an ornithologist like myself. A great base for touring the area with numerous walks providing amazing views and a plethora of wildlife on the doorstep. The accommodation is excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay - I will definitely be back!

We have stayed in these amazing cottages three times since discovering them a few years ago. The location is perfect for exploring all the wonderful things the broads have to offer but also offers a great place for rest and relaxation. We especially love the eco friendly approach and the attention to detail that offers all a home from home could need. Everything from the welcome basket to the little touches such as the very large folder of potential days out or places to visit/eat, books, games and dvds helps make this one of our very favourite places to visit and we recommend to everyone we know. The local wildlife and scenery are stunning with very short walks to the marshes and perfect stargazing opportunities at nighttimes.

Spent an idyllic 10 days here, staying in the Farmhouse. It's a wonderful location with all the pleasures of the Broads within easy reach, great walking and boating nearby, and the Farmhouse is lovely. Everything you could need to be comfortable, a warm welcome from owners, and easy to settle in immediately. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved it here. Beautiful cottage, spotless throughout. Nice gesture with the welcome pack. Great central location for visiting the coast. Dog friendly which helps. Would visit again.

Spent 4 nights here after winning a Broads National Park Experience competition. My wife and I loved the cottage and the whole experience of staying there. The owners seems to have thought of everything and every room, drawer or cupboard contained things to make your stay that bit easier. Not somewhere we could afford ordinarily so very grateful for the opportunity to stay there and will definitely be visiting Norfolk again.

Beautiful accommodation, spotless and really high quality interior. Very clean (felt very safe from a COVID viewpoint). Great location for the coast. Thoroughly recommend.

This place is amazing. We needed a place to stay for a few days while we prepared for a boat rental on the Broads, and this was the perfect answer. My brother- and sister-in-law joined us here from Burgundy, France, and they were equally entranced with the cottage, the area, and the incredible peace and quiet.

Nothing you could need for a perfect week in the country was lacking. Much of the time, places like this have no unpacking options, and we have to live out of suitcases. Not so here. Plenty of wardrobe hanging space and drawers. Everything super convenient. The kitchen had everything a pair of picky French cooks could want, and it was all logically laid out so that there was no difficulty finding anything.

The huge patio table outside was perfect for the afternoon "aperitif", and convenient to the casement windows of the kitchen for dining service as well.

Ludham village is tiny - a church, a surprisingly well stocked corner shop, a butchers and a decent pub - and only 20 minutes walk away. From there, it is just another 10 minutes to Womack Staithe on the Broads. Walk the opposite direction, from the cottage, and you get to the River Ant in about 15 minutes.

Peace and quiet, beautiful surroundings, comfortable beds, a beautifully equipped home - a recipe for an idyllic week in the country, far from the madding crowd.

(Translated by Google) It feels like home. But then with a lot of silence and tranquility.

Het voelt als thuis. Maar dan met heel veel stilte en rust.
