Wonderfully quiet & peaceful location by the river with plenty of opportunities for dog-walking and birdwatching; scrupulously clean, warm & well-equipped accommodation with a bed even big enough for my 6'4" husband; amazing spa facilities included in the price, to relax in at the end of the day; perfect weather for sitting outside at the picnic bench with breakfast...what's not to like?! Only didn't give 5 stars as there weren't enough hooks & rails for hanging coats, towels etc.

It was great small vacation for us thanks to Creeksea Barns. Beautiful stay and the staff is also very helpful. Will recommend to my friends circle.

Lovely location with a nice cafe on site. Barns need a fair bit of renovation and beds are way to soft and small. Security was a concern as there are public footpaths only a few feet away in every direction and nothing to stop people wandering around the venue. Enjoyed a short stay as we took over all the barns but wouldn't return as just a couple in 1.

Amazing location for our AirBnB. We had some spa treatment, visited the local cafe which is dog friendly and even went into the local town. Would highly recommend staying here.

We hired The Granary, Garden Suite, Swift View, Hen House and Fisherman's Lodge for the weekend for a hen party and it was the best weekend. The barns are all beautifully presented, really clean and contain everything you need. We were hosting 20 people across the weekend and only used the plates/cutlery/glassware from the Granary barn and there was never a shortage! It was really easy to find and the grounds it sits in are just as lovely as the barns. Really recommend as it's also very reasonably priced. Will definitely be back! Thank you for a lovely stay :)

A great couple of days here. The barn was well equipped and clean. Nice few extras such as prosecco and biscuits etc. The Parlour cafe have great food. The courtyard is shared and your section not screened off. The hot tub and spa would have been great but nothing seemed to work for my slot. A great little spot and only a 10 min walk into town.

FAB-U LOUS family stay over a weekend to celebrate our Mums long covid overdue 80th. It was perfect- the old cafe was a brilliant venue for the gala dinner and the Granary a central hub for music and drinks, cake and champagne and happy birthdays! Rooms lovely and bathrooms spotless. The new cafe for those needing a full English the morning after also worked a treat. Would recommend for any large party for sole occupancy.
