Ready Steady Store Self Storage Lincoln Sunningdale

I found this storage facility to be excellent. The standard of the units, price, location and overall facility was exactly what I was looking for. The manager, Matthew, was great. He explained things very clearly, was incredibly helpful, very polite, patient (when answering all my questions) and friendly. I think Matthew is a credit to this company and I would have no hesitation in recommending this facility to everyone, just ask for Matthew!

Never done storage before. But I have done now, it was very clean and tidy, also had use of the trolleys. Had no damage to my furniture, it was there for nine months.
Matt the guy on the desk explained everything, which was very helpful in my situation. If I need to, I would definitely use the store again. Thanks Matt.

A very nice storage facility, the staff are lovely and really helpful and the spaces provided are decent for the price you pay. Been using mine for almost a year now and had no problems.

Very useful, unit is very safe with coded entrance and easy to get to.
Only thing that knocks it down in my mind is that the price yhey give you originally soon adds up with insurance and other packages, I would of preferred to know all the costs upfront

Excellent customer service, they will gladly go the extra mile to help make sure moving in/out is as easy as possible. The staff are very frendly and are some of the nicest people about. Access is easy plus they have 2 loading bays that makes loading from a large vehicle easy. I am very happy to recommend this place to anyone. All units are indoors which is great as you know that your stuff is safe and dry. Plus the 24 hr access is very handy too.

A great place to store your valuable items with friendly helpfull staff. On site toilet with good parking.

Checked this place out online a while ago, and then booked online for a friend. Online check-in had a few issues, but on arrival the guy at reception sorted out everything. Easy access with a lift, and trolleys available. The smallest size storage unit is surprisingly spacious, and if you don't have a padlock you can buy one at reception.
