Metro Storage - Bayswater

Convenient location and great customer service. Used them twice in the course of the last 5 years and will use again if a need arises. very friendly stuff and clean units, double gated and safe place. the only drawback is the height of the ceiling (2m at most) to get in with a removals van, but there are trolleys available and a back door with the steps for faster reach. Highly recommend!

It is a great place , first of all it is a great location right in the center of the beautiful area of W2 in London, then just upstairs of the storage you have an Whiterose store from where you can buy everything in case ; The storage is very clean and they offer a great service for a storage; It has everything you may need and the staff is really professional !

Very happy to recommend Metro - definitely the best storage facility I have used in London. Modern and well looked after units in a great location and the person I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful and flexible dealing with a couple of queries I had.

If you are looking for experts in the world of storage then these guys know their onions. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and they go the extra mile to make sure you have all the info available to make informed choices.

There are plenty of storage units in London. This one should be avoided at all costs.
I would not even give it 1 star as the people running this place are bullies and crooks. They take multiple payments and hold your possessions as ransom until you send proof of your DD payments which comes out of your account automatically. To be avoided unless you want to be bullied and wish to fight to get to your possessions.

WORST COMPANY EVER. DO NOT USE. Absolutely illegal too. They won’t let me access my belongings!!!! Absolutely criminal. Terrible customer service too. One of their members told me sarcastically “good luck to you” and HUNG UP ON ME. Disgraceful and illegal.

Excellent facility that I've used on a number of occasions, The staff are helpful and courteous, the surroundings clean and tidy, and security always felt solid. Would highly recommend it as it compares very favourably to other facilities I've used in and outside London.
