Safestore Self Storage Winchester

Excellent experience.
I needed a storage container to store some furniture fairly urgently and Mark McLean at Winchester Safestore couldn’t have been more helpful. He took his time to explain the whole process to me and recommended some excellent removal companies to me, too.
On the day of moving my items into Winchester Safestore, Mark again provided a lot of help and support and made the entire process stress free.

Although I was late to secure a storage unit for university, they were helpful and still had a unit left. The staff were very patient with me over the phone, and the staff member in the store was very relaxed and helpful! The unit itself is clean and spacious, and there are trollies and a goods lift for ease of moving from the loading bay at the back of the store, up to the level where my unit was.

The process of booking and taking occupation of a self store unit at Winchester Safestore could not have been easier or smoother. Communication and help from Blaine and Leah was first class. I highly recommend Safestore, Winchester.

So friendly & helpful! Great rates & big storage rooms, really secure looking facility & goods lift and trolleys readily available. Only slight downside was that we could only access the storage unit during office hours, but we made it work.

Stored most of my personal possessions with SafeStore for nearly 3 years and very happy with their service, location and quality of storage. Everything just as I left it and no issues of any sort. Highly recommended!
