What a great company to use for storage! I was in an emergency to store some items and I highly recommend Vanguard storage at Queen Anne Mews. I was highly impressed with the professionalism and assistance I had from Ben. He helped transfer items from van to storage unit and went through every step of the rental meticulously and professionally. If I could give 10 star rating, Ben would get it!

I have used a few self-service storage facilities in London, out of all of them I have to say Vanguard provide a great service. Ryan has been nothing short of helpful, courteous and proactive. The facilities are genuinely nice to visit and the level of assurance from the team is exceptional.

I cannot emphasize strongly enough how friendly and helpful the people who worked here are! What would’ve been a very stressful move was made much easier by how easy they made everything. I didn’t end up using my unit for the whole time and they refunded me without any hassle, and they were always quick to offer help with anything. Would highly recommend.

Flawless customer service. They went out of their way to book me in on a Saturday because I had an emergency. The prices are fair and affordable for such a central location. I recommend.
