Safestore Self Storage Fareham

From day one my response from my phone conversation was polite and efficient. Even unfortunate delays with moving house was never a problem. I was kept posted each month until I was ready to move. Friendly with great service and easy to find. I can definitely recommend Safestore .

My experience to date has been excellent. Enquiries are promptly answered and I would pay particularly thanks to Gary at Fareham who was extremely helpful in the first instance & was the main reason for me opening a contract with Safestore initially. Dan has also been very helpful.

Spoke to two members of staff on different occasions. Both could not be more helpful. My house move dates were changed twice. The Safestore staff went out of their way to fit in with my requirements. Excellent service, can't praise them enough. Well done and thank you.

Really good experience, staff really friendly and helpful, I just found a cheaper storage place and having to watch spending. I’d recommend usage, container was water night and no know damage to any belongings including sofa, bed etc.

Good introductory rate but the cost increased dramatically after 6 months so I had to vacate. The site is always tidy, access is easy and the staff are friendly and helpful.

We needed storage super quickly (like the next day) and Gary could not have been more accommodating. Making sure we got the best price and storage for what we needed and talking me through how to do all the forms etc so it was all done within the hour and sorted for the next day. Could not recommend highly enough
