Big Yellow Self Storage Nine Elms

I moved my things into big yellow storage in Nine Elms yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by the easiness of the process and was so happy with the friendly and helpful service I received from Andre.

A couple weeks in advance, I enquired about the two different sized units online to get a quote for each as I was still in two minds whether to use big yellow storage. Andre then called and talked me through the process, the insurance and suggested I reserve one of the units (not needing to pay in advance) which he did for me in less than 2 minutes on the phone.

I then carried out the check-in online which was a little lengthy but easy enough.

On the day, Andre made it really easy to get everything moved in. He talked me through everything, put my mind at ease about security, showed me the unit, and even recommended a bigger size unit that was on offer at the time for the same price as the smaller one I had booked.

It was then quick and simple to put my stuff in, and Andre marked the day I was planning to check out so I wouldn't get charged for anymore than i needed to.

My experience was pretty great and it was almost exclusively down to Andre providing excellent customer service!

In what was a stressful day moving out from my flat and putting stuff into storage it was a relatively seamless experience at Big Yellow Self Storage, Nine Elms. Andre was particularly helpful and made the process easy and straight forward. Only reason for not 5* is that some of the trolleys had wheels that were sticky and made it difficult to push.

great storage with no fuss, I give them 5 as they are very professional clean and make everything easy ! The only thing i would criticise is when you look at the prise of the storage online it doesn’t include insurance , just be aware of that :) otherwise Highly recommended!

Second time I use Big-yellow self-storage and both time they been outstanding! I would like to give a special thank to Tristan, he was unbelievable helpful doing the check in.

Andre was of great help with everything! It’s my first time using a storage unit and despite having to change storage location due to it being a last minute reservation, the service was quick and easy at the nine elms location. Though on late notice (quite literally just before closing) - I was granted out of hours access to move the last few bits into the unit. I hadn’t had everything filled out on the online portal before arriving due an internet outage at my flat but I was walked through the last details upon arrival and guided through the entire process. Andre explained everything clearly and was very courteous in offering help whenever we needed it! I definitely will be using big yellow storage again in future when looking to use a storage locker and have already suggested the service to a friend :))

I am in that horrible situation where I found myself inbetween apartments with no where to store my stuff and as a last resort I hesitantly decided to get a containment locker. I contacted three different companies: the first the quote was ridiculously high, they send it to my email no follow up, the second company followed I up with a phone call and were not helpful at all. Big Yellow Storage however sent me a quote and when they followed it up I missed the call. The customer service lady on the phone was AMAZING, I wish I took her name. She was informative, helpful, gave me options and explained the process including deposit, the discount etc. And it didn’t stop there, the gentlemen at the company itself when I went to finalise payment etc was also extremely helpful and patient so it seems the company makes an effort with there team and it shows. Will recommend 100%

Had an amazing experience with Andre Ferguson who was very professional and provided a personal and exceptional service throughout. Highly recommend and would do business with him and the company again.

Very helpful and kind dudes who are great representatives of their business.
