Strongroom Self Storage

Best storage units we've ever come across. We stored our belongings and our car with them and they were well taken care of. The staff is great and really responsive. It's clean and modern, and after coming back from 6 months away, we discovered there wasn't even any dust on our things in the unit. Pretty amazing. Great job Strongroom.

Brilliant friendly service. Very reasonable prices. Very disabled friendly took all my needs and concerns into consideration. Also made me feel very safe on visiting as a lone woman on her own. So had no worries on swapping from another company where I didn't feel safe on visiting on my own.

Nice people to deal with, the lady in the office is very professional and very knowledgeable. The building is secure and dry, fully lit (sensor lights) easy to access day or night. The price is good and you get shown your unit before you commit to anything.

We have been using Strongroom for quite a few years now, for both caravan and warehouse storage. The staff have always been friendly, very helpful and accommodating. Thank you to Nigel, Tom and melissa, they have all been a pleasure to deal with and nothings been to hard for them. As long as we have a need for storage, Strongroom will be our 1st Choice.

I had used a large sized unit at Strongroom for over a year before I left recently due to a move and the need for the storage unit was no longer needed, although it was so handy to have it did pass through my mind just to hire a smaller unit. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they would always go the extra mile just to make sure I was happy. Everything you would need is at the unit, such as boxes (which were of a high quality), locks, tape, measuring tapes, etc.. Cannot reccomend Strongroom enough.

We were extremely satisfied with the service given by the staff in attendance at the Gosport Branch of Strongroom Self Storage. All of our queries were dealt with politely. We were shown around the facility and given clear instruction on how to use the automatic key and doors. We had previously used another local storage facility, but it was unmanned and we had encountered problems that would have been resolved if someone had been in attendance. The storage units at Strongroom are very clean, spacious and very dry. Unlike the previous facility, our possessions did not smell musty or feel damp after we removed them from Strongroom, to our home.
