This firm was meant to collect & deliver my furniture efficiently and swiftly it took 11 weeks and 2 attempts as the transport was loaded wrongly. The staff on the telephone in particular one female was so rude it was beyond comprehension, avoid this firm like the plague they are badly organised have no manners and don't care; for completeness they were delivering on behalf of Oak Furniture UK Cumbria see separate review both firms donot deserve to be in business based on the way they have dealt with our order and delivery.

Had my bedroom furniture delivered today. Excellent communication prior, on time, fantastic lads. Problems getting the pieces upstairs but they did not down tools and leave, they stayed and sorted it all out
Would recommend this company to anyone.

Caused serious damage to our floor and couldn't care less. Do not let this company into your home.

Very impressed with table delivery today, Tony even added hard floor protectors on the feet and took away all the packaging.

I asked them to fulfil the order as purchased. They refused and put the phone down. Pure cowboy company, stay away.

Really appreciated lovely Jack and George who came to deliver my HUGE item on Saturday, who after seeing my injury, kindly brought it in and unpacked it.

Started using Pinnacle Storage Solutions this year to deliver furniture orders to our clients and everyone I've dealt with within the company have been helpful and polite.

Shocking customer service in trying to arrange a delivery. No communication and when finally got hold of them on the phone, I couldn't believe how rude they were. Please think again before using.
