Good service in the office but delivery poor... was told delivery driver would contact me to advise time of delivery... still waiting & now find out company are closed on a Saturday... no one returning my calls... sitting at home all day waiting for delivery is really poor...

If you have stuff to store here's the place to store it.
Shipping containers of various sizes are available for hire but that's about it although there's a cafe nearby with toilet facilities.
Having said that this is a private airfield with a live runway so you have to pay attention to where you can and can't drive.
It's also the home of the Hertfordshire Air Ambulance so don't think it's a wide open space for the kids to run round in.
Airport Security will very quickly correct you on that one.

The order process was very good, with regular telephone contact with Mac. Mainly due to covid reasons there was a long delay in the manufacturing process. Delivery and installation was very good with no issues experienced.

Unprofessional behavior from the director himself, lacks customer service skills and has a bad attitude. Replied to my professional email with "I’m assuming you’re joking" when I simply asked how much he was willing to pay. Tread with caution with this company.
