Storage unit is fine and access is simple.

Website was misleading because it stated that you could get an extra 50% off on top of existing offers (like the first month free). This is not the case having spoken with the staff in store, who have all been very helpful.

Also I was convinced by the website that insurance was included in the rental price, but it has become apparent this is only for the first month. Website needs a bit of work in my opinion to make things more transparent.

Premises are good but I was surprised by the additional cost of insurance. Did I miss it in the booking process or was it in the small print ? They appear to encourage you to take out a high level of cover although apparently they are selling it at cost and make no money from it

An excellent store; easy to access (I was at third floor level but lifts were large, always worked, corridors were wide enough to take the bulkiest items) and staff (who were pleasant and approachable) always on hand if questions needed to be asked. Would certainly use again if the need arose

Really friendly and helpful team from initial booking to leaving my space today. Clean premises and very secure. Can't fault the place.

We always enjoyed great customer service from the staff at the Tonbridge branch who were really helpful. The shop has always had a very good selection of storage aids. The units are modern and clean and well ventilated. A very good experience and can recommend without hesitation.

Welcoming, friendly staff member (Jane), couldn't have been more helpful. Facility was clean and tidy. Explanation of processes clear and concise. All round, very impressed.

Perfect stuff, always very professional, kind, patient, smiling… actually very sad for leaving because they make you feel like home… best best recommendations!
