Magenta Storage Nottingham

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. My Scottish removal team arrived at Magenta Nottingham about an hour or two before I did due to being stuck in traffic, it became obvious to them that the storage unit I booked wouldn’t be big enough and Magenta sorted out the whole thing with the removals team. By the time I arrived everything was unpacked and they were finishing up. It’s safe, secure and affordable but most of all the staff are exceptional - Katie deserves a medal! Very impressed, couldn’t recommend highly enough.

We’ve used Magenta Storage for a number of years now and highly recommend them. The customer service is excellent with Katie, James, Kevin and the manager Darren always going out of their way to help. The units are all very clean and well-lit with many different sizes available with easy access to load/unload.

I have hired three different sized storage units from Magenta in recent years. Every time the staff have been friendly, cheerful and helpful doing their best to seek the most appropriate unit for changing requirements. There have been no problems with payments and cancellations have been enacted smoothly. I would definitely use Magenta again if required. Thank you.

Just wanted to say thanks to Magenta and Katie on reception for offering such a brilliant, personalised service from start to finish. We ended up renting a space for two years and four months and would have been better for this to be per calendar month contract rather than paying out every four weeks. It made planning ahead a nightmare when it comes to budget. I am sure this helps the company's profits more than the customer. That aside, very useful.

Great place for short term student storage.... In a black body bag to keep the flies off....lol

Very bad customer service, the contract had told me the storage is 24/7 however when I got there the gates were closed, had to pay my movers twice to move the stuff again the next morning. Manager doesn’t want to contact me at all and staff is very rude and ignorant. Really don’t recommend it especially for students as costed me a lot to move things twice. They don’t even deserve a 1 star rating to be very honest.

Also the star I have given is not deserved for this storage, I have paid for my a truck to take my stuff to leave it there at the storage and was expected that the gates will open with a code , although they said that its 24/7 after I got my storage the same day went and the gates were closed and had to pay the truck guy twice

Just used Magenta to store stuff prior to our house purchase. We only needed a short term storage solution - less than a month. They were very can do, offered great rates and were generally friendly and efficient in their dealings with us. Thanks Tilly 👍
