Access Self Storage Kings Cross

The woman who helped my register and get started with my storage unit was super, very friendly and helpful... in fact everyone I've dealt with so far has been helpful and professional. I'd give it 5 stars if the loading bay was bigger... that's been the only not-so-great thing so far. (I believe they're building a second bay around the back, so maybe 5 stars in the future!)

Very convenient: it's the closest to king's cross. The facility is very clean and well kept, and it's very uncrowded (I never see other customers, so you have some privacy). The staff is friendly and the rental process was very smooth.

The only con is that you can only access the facilities during opening hours, which was not clear to me until I signed up.

Kind staff, clean and well maintained building and storages. My only issues were that the parking space is only for one car at a time, there is no restroom for customers, plus they didn't have any boxes or packaging materials even though the website mentions it.

Great pricing policy. They not only matched a competitors quote, but cut it by a further 10%.

Very impressed with the quality of the service. Impeccably clean and well managed facility. A great perk to London living with very little default storage space. Sales team was a bit too much, but once your set up it’s smooth sailing.
