First impression was very good, John the manager was very helpful and fully explained the procedures and the security. The storage units were clean and dry which was ideal.
The downside to this storage facility is when you hand back the keys. As you are required to pay £35 deposit per key and per unit plus 1 month rental in advance (John stated at the time of rental a refund will be given for any unused rental period). PLEASE BE WARNED the deposit money will not be returned as per the agreement and the man running the company LES will give you excuses after excuses and then block your calls / text. This is an unmanned facility so turning up to find him is a chance in a million. MY advice is to steer clear of this set up and if you have to use them DO NOT GIVE THE LOCK AND KEY BACK until you see your deposit money in your hand.

Went out of their way to provide me with space 24 hour access and electronic entry, drive up to any unit. Prices are similar to everywhere else but service is exceptional
