The team from initial quotation to providing the offices were first class; very helpful, polite and always seeking how best to serve the customer - a really great effort I must say.
I have used Safestore before for 5 years in Wood Green but I needed a place where to keep all our vehicles in one place. A plus for choosing this location was that Safehouse is easy to get to from the A10.
Prices are reasonable and I get access to my offices, coach, minibus 24 hours a day. I was impressed by the professionalism of every member of staff. Always responsive, helpful and full of good advice.
Other good things - there is lots of parking, there are trolleys for you to cart your things, there is automatic lights on each floor so you don't have to be worried. It is always clean and is well maintained.
I would recommend them to others as well.

This self-storage didn't have sprinklers, hence it burnt to ashes. People's possessions gone and owners are not paying for the losses.

Look no further!
I have used other storage companies who were good but these guys are excellent. The staff are friendly and personable, proficient and helpful. The site is easily accessible (at rush hours too). Even when I had a mild crysis they bent over backwards to assist. I cannot flaw them.
They also have a high quality cafeteria on site.

Great location, good value and really helpful staff, particularly Aydin who talked me through all the different options, answered every question and was incredibly helpful and professional when I had a couple of urgent queries.

When using storage you want to know for sure that you can get access to your belongings whenever you need them, and that the people storing them are going to look after them as carefully as you would. Safehouse are excellent at both these things. Highly recommended, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've used Safehouse for several years now. Having used other storage facilities in the area, the customer service at Safehouse is way better. Lots more clear information, I got to see the sizes of different units, got help when I lost my car keys...and their special deals are very cost-effective. Thanks, guys, especially Greg!

I have had two storage units at Safehouse for 11 years and have never had a problem. If there is ever an issue, it gets sorted and everyone is polite and helpful. (And the café is good, too.)

I have used Safehouse for personal storage (White Horse Lane) for many years and have ALWAYS found the staff to be courteous (especially Greg). I would certainly use them again `because I have confidence that I and my personal possessions will be treated right. Gideon

The place burnt to the ground and all my things were lost. I paid for insurance but the company itself made no attempt to contact me after the event. If you use this place you had better have their expensive insurance too. You can always judge poor operations by their failure to answer complaints or reviews. Better to find a professional storage company, they are 0 stars.
