Access Self Storage Cheam

We used the Access Self Storage in Cheam to store our furniture whilst we had our house renovated. The process was simple and straightforward and the facilities were well maintained. The staff member I interacted with each time was fantastic and he was knowledgeable and personable; great customer service.

It was my first time renting a self storage, i reserved a small unit online with access self storage because their amazing price and perfect location for me, when I arrived at the branch, it was 17:55pm, 5 minutes before the store's closing time, the store manager Mr Hassan straightaway got me registered and very kindly let me unload my stuffs and helped me to store them in one of the storage unit, I especially appreciate and grateful for his time and effort when I learnt he suppose to pick up his daughter in a nearby daycare at 18:15pm that evening. I must say this level of customer care is very hard to find nowadays.

Staff are friendly and helpful, the units are clean and it serves its purpose. But the lighting is bad, and it can be difficult to make the full use of certain spaces as some have pillars in.

My main issue is that I rented a space on the basis of requiring 24 hour access due to my work hours, and me being crystal clear about that numerous times when going through the process of signing up.
Unfortunately, my access out of hours was randomly revoked on a number of occasions causing me a lot of hassle.
They say it's due to lack of use, and deemed by their security... but it's a storage facility, the whole point of it is to keep things stored there, not to visit your stored items.

In the end, a price increase and my out of hours access being revoked was the end of it, and I found somewhere else at 1/3 the price.

The service I received from Access Cheam was absolutely spot-on. Communication was easy and efficient, I always dealt with the same knowledgeable staff, and they made everything easy for me. I would highly recommend.

Farooq couldn't have been more helpful in checking in and out.

Service was quality, the security made us very reassured and the price was better than most if not all of the competitors.

The people here are really helpful and friendly, we had originally rented a 50sqft, but needed to go bigger and the guys were able to sort it all out for us within 10 mins and we moved our stuff.
When they launched the app it would have been nice to be able to access the units after closing times, as there were times i needed stuff but work during the day and couldnt get there and it was sometimes rammed at the weekends, even it was for a few hours or maybe have shifts to allow people to go a bit later on a weekday
Otherwise i thought i was worth having and would consider it again.

The staff here are extremely friendly and very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend using the Cheam site if you are looking for a decent storage space for a very competitive price
