What a godsend that I came across this company. The process of renting a garage could not have been easier, prompt and pleasant. Great selection of well-maintained Garages to suit all pockets and needs; hassle free and straight forward . Less than a day from finding the website to receiving the padlock code. Then there is Vanessa :) .This lady has amazing customer service skills, is super friendly and goes above and beyond to help, advise and assist. From start to finish I felt that Vanessa really cared about finding the best option for me and nothing was too much for her (which is missed so often with other companies) Highly recommended if you're looking to find a great storage solution with a company you can trust.

Worst company in the world..no care for their customers! I was a little behind on my account £421 over 5 years unknown missed payments and price increases, was told I was behind on my payments on the 21st January, 2022 called them and spoke with the a member of the team and told them I had just started working again after being out of work for 8 months(did not miss a payment in that time) , but as they could see I had made 12 payments averaging £85 a month in the last 12 months, some of my outstanding owed seemed to be from the year before, I agreed to make a payment of £100 on the 31st January as I had only worked for 3 weeks of that month and then I would make a larger payment at the end of February, I was told this was fine and would not be a problem. I paid £100 as agreed on the 31st January and then received a text on the 1st of Febuary to say they are going to lock down my garage if I do not pay the remaining amount, again I called the same day to explain, again told them I would pay when I get paid at the end of February and that I had made 12 payments over the last 12 months and did not release I was so far behind. I came home from work on the Friday 11th Feb to find my padlock had been cut of and replaced by one of the Dudrich ones and I had no where to park my motorcycle or contact them as they were now closed for the weekend, called them on the Monday the 14th and explained the situation, was told that yes their notes back up what I had said but they locked my garage anyway and I would have to pay my bill to gain access, I explained that I was waiting to get paid, I then had to pay £170 on my credit card to get access and explained again I would have to pay the remainder when I get paid (£150) I then find out via email I have been charged £50 for them to cut of my padlock and add another one, and was again chased gain today for payment, so again totally ignoring the conversations we had previously had. So even though I have Called and kept to all my promises and did what I was asked I was still charged a £50 fine..I have no choice but to stay a customer but it's out off necessity not choice..

I want to say a huge thank you to the team at Dudrich holdings for fixing my garage with a new up-and-over door today. It works really smoothly and feels much more stable and safer than the old one. The guys were so helpful, very professional, and very knowledgeable- I was reassured by them showing me how to make sure the door was properly closed, and the safety features to prevent the door slamming on top of the vehicle or me. I use the garage 6 days a week, and the new door will make it much easier and safer. I am so impressed that just ONE phone call to the office was all it took! How often does that happen with any business these days?

Terrible company, maintenance man parked in front my garage & threaten to kick my head in when I asked him to move. They use bully boy tactics to make the neighboring garages feel intimidated. If this company signs go up expect to call 999. Interesting if anyone else was to "overlap" onto their garages a parking ticket is sent yet its ok for this firm to park where ever they want, the photo shows their maintenance van was parked over 2 garages not owned by Dudrich.

Horrible people, their van almost hit my car, pushed me to the curb then the driver hit break front of me trying to cause an accident. I have the whole video front and back cameras, will report to the police. Stay away from these people.

I had read the reviews and was nervous about renting a garage from them. I could have not been more wrong, Janet and her team were great at setting up and running the contract. At the end returned the deposit within a few days. I would use them again.

If I could leave a review with minus stars! They mismanaged my account for years, couldnt be bothered to inform I was paying too much on a direct debit they set up! Their accounts department is an absolute joke, and the only way they could get anything correct is by placing the pen up their backsides and working it out. Only one person in 6 years was helpful at all, and ive told him I would write a reference for another job. AVOID!

The office staff are very helpful and get issues raised straight to the maintenance team. The maintenance guys are lovely and make sure the job is done. The site I rent a garage on is very well maintained. They are also very quick at responding to any issues with the garages. I would recommend them to anyone looking to store their person items.
