Big Yellow Self Storage Byfleet

Whole experience from booking on the phone to being greeted and checked in by Lee at Byfleet was just really excellent. Amazing customer service, super friendly, helpful, really knows his stuff and a laugh too. And had a lovely chat about the Bug Yellow Charity too which sounds absolutely fantastic. For a first time self storage user, Lee helped explain everything so well and made my busy moving day so easy. And everything fit in my room perfectly! Have not got a single bad thing to say.

I was at The Big Yellow Self Storage Company in Byfleet. A young man called Connor was absolutely fantastic. He gave the best customer service I had in a while and was so helpful with explaining everything. Connor doesn’t originally work at that branch but I’m thankful he was there the day I came in. I couldn't recommend Big Yellow Byfleet more highly. We only planned to have our stuff stored for a month, ended up being there over a year, with no issues or concerns at all. Everyone we dealt with (especially Luci) were friendly, professional, and responsive. If we ever need storage again, we will definitely be back.
