Shurgard Self Storage Hayes

Awful. Booked a storage unit and had to cancel as our house move/plans changed. Been waiting for over a month for my refund. I have sent numerous emails and they have only been able to respond to 1 stating that my refund was being processed (3 weeks ago). I call and they say someone is looking in to this as it's a large refund and to expect a call the following day. Nothing. I call twice yesterday and they do not answer.

I have used Shurgard in the past, many times, but after this experience I will not be returning.
