I have never had to use a storage unit before and I approached it with trepidation but I cannot tell you how totally fantastic my experience at Camden was. The unit was the perfect size and the staff, absolutely everyone of the ones I encountered were incredibly helpful, professional and understanding. I shall be recommending Shurgard to anyone who asks me about storage. Special mention to Dwane, Rohan and Tony for making me feel incredibly welcome and cared for.

I got a storage unit at Shurgard Camden and was welcomed and helped by Kapil. The place is great with lots of different storage unit sizes. It’s clean and easy to get around. Kapil and Darren were very helpful in providing me with all the information and giving me advice on what unit size I needed based on my belongings.

Kapil is a great customer adviser, very patient and dedicated. In fact the whole team is very friendly and helpful. You can access your unit until 11pm with the app, very good service.

I had the pleasure of meeting Kapil, Tony and Dwaine, who were all very helpful and knowledgeable. And based on their customer service assistants, this Storage seems to be a flagship for all sites. There's no doubt in my mind these dedicated staff members are right people for the job they're doing, and oh, this includes Rohan.
