Lok'nStore Self Storage Crawley

We have Office space here in this Lok'nStore and the attention to detail and customer service is by far the best we have had from any serviced office space. The staff are always on hand to help with any day to day issues. They always keep you updated on any news around the building and the rates are by far the most competitive around. As we grow and expand we also have the onsite use of storage this is the god send when you need that extra room and flexibility.

All in all 10 of out 10 for location, service and rates!

When I needed quick Storage of my items Lok'N'Store came in so handy and The Staff there Particularly Jenna were brilliant! Very helpful..... would highly recommend and most definitely use them again in the future if required

I was very nervous about putting my stuff in storage following a very traumatic divorce...but the team at Lok n' Store Crawley were wonderful. They helped me choose the best storage unit for me with compassion and empathy. I ended up needing the unit for much longer than anticipated but the staff helped me sort that out too. The whole process was straight forward and I could come and go as I wanted. Big thank you to all the staff there especially Richie 😁

Toilets are gross and so small you have to press yourself up against the wall in order to open and close the cubicle door. 2 of the doors don't even lock properly. Other than that the storage facilities are fine just a shame that if you need to spend more than 10 minutes there and need the toilet.
