The service, is superb. Katarzyna and Shabana were incredible. They both answered any questions I had diligently, and made the process of registering the storage unit effortless.

Great service, easy to access and perfect place for business trade DPD, UPS and Royal mail collection facility available and staff is very friendly and co operative, Store Manager Kasia is very helpful for sorting issues and helping us to find perfect place storage size to suite our business activity.

The move-in process was really easy, everything was explained very well. They show you the room you have chosen in case you need a bigger space or smaller. All the costs seem very fair. The only con is that you need a physical card to make the first payment, and I wanted to pay with my E-card but it’s nothing that can’t be solved.

This was my first time using a storage unit and it was a pleasant experience thanks to Big Yellow Self Storage Hanger Lane! Especially because of Katarzyna, one of the workers there, she was soooo helpful and went the extra mile to make this an easy experience for me. I would totally recommend coming here to store your stuff ! :)

Lovely and helpful staff. We were attended to by staff member Ms Shabana Fazal who was knowledgeable and attentive. She made sure our needs were understood and made the best recommendations. Checkin pricess was smooth and rapid. Will not hesitate to recommend this company and her.

The customer service was amazing. Shabana helped when moving my stuff into storage as well as moving my stuff out. she was so friendly, made the whole process as easy as possible, and I left feeling very satisfied and happy. When I moved my stuff out I was having a complete nightmare, between hiring my car that decided to completely not work at one point and moving into my new accommodation that didn't have my room ready when I arrived. Everything went wrong, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that Shabana was my salvation. She made a stressful day feel a whole lot lighter. Thank you Shabana!

Shabana was an absolute pleasure to work with, she helped me decide on a suitable sized storage unit, and explained how she could help with getting me the best deal. She explained the importance of the inventory,
