Access Self Storage Byfleet

I have been to many storage facilities and this one is by far the best one!
Always kept clean and tidy, and the staff are so welcoming and approachable.

Abdul, Tony & Adam are such an amazing team and a huge credit to the Access Self Storage Company!

They have all been amazing from the moment I first got in touch to ask about storage, all the way through til now, and so far, so good.

I couldn't recommend them enough and I would never go anywhere else, this is definitely my 'go-to' place whenever I need storage.

If you are looking for a storage facility then I couldn’t recommend Access Self Storage enough. The premises is always kept clean and tidy and the customer service is excellent.

I’m very grateful for the help and support the staff provide me with on a daily basis, in particular a huge thank you to Abdul and Tony who are always so helpful and welcoming, going above and beyond to make my time at the storage facility much easier and stress free!

Great facilities, very friendly and helpful staff. Having used them for nearly 2 years now I would highly recommend them. I won't hesitate to use them again shoukd I need too.

Using the Byfleet site, dealt with by Abdul & Adam who made the experience straight forward.
They arranged at short notice out of hours access to accommodate our need due to work commitment.
They kindly talked through the process in detail, their app, entry & exit from secure site/our unit and explained about the alarm sounding on the opening of our storage unit so did not come as a surprise.
To date had two visits to our unit both went smoothly.
From my experience would have no hesitation in recommending this site and the staff I dealt with.

They were even able to put me in touch with a trusted and fantastic removal company, who took the sting out of a difficult break up and subsequent unexpected house move.

They were incredibly helpful, and efficient. Offered us the right amount of space with flexibility on the day as we weren't sure how much space we would need.
